Remember Remember

The seventh of November. It was pretty rad. Actually, the entire weekend, 6, 7 and 8 was something totally unplanned, mystical and surprising. A much needed uplift with good friends, fascinating strangers and great laughs. Goddamn, that was good.

The Thin Line Between a Leader and a Liar

Others judge me based on my actions, attitudes and speech. I tend to judge myself based on my emotions, my thoughts and my conclusions. Authenticity happens when what I do is a direct manifestation of what I feel. However, I do value others' opinion of me enough that I will compromise that authenticity sometimes. Is that what happens with leaders and liars? Leaders will compromise their authenticity in order to set the example. Because their cause is worth more to them than themselves. Liars compromise their authenticity because of the fear of being shunned. Because they wish they were more than they actually value themselves. Where do I stand?
