Clear the Soil

A clear and sharp mind is void of embroidery. There is beautiful artifact in complicated words, in sentences carrying musicality. But we live in a world so full of communication. There is so much noise. So many voices merely repeating themselves It feels to me that sparsity brings distinction. Sparsity of word, and the necessary silence to let an original idea grow. I must put down distraction, and cultivate amused detachment.

Usefulness of Idle Thinking

It's time to move forward. A lot has happened during and after the pandemic. A city I once hated is now the place I love living in. A job situation I once abhorred is the one I know want to have. I'll be a husband. I'll be a dad. I'll be fixing my teeth. And I hope to lose some weight. Many of the challenges feel the same. Maybe it's me struggling against the edges of self. But I think it is important I have some medium where I express myself in a more structured manner, make use of so many idle thoughts.  And have more fruitful time.
