Call Prioritization 30.12.2014

Work has reached a point where it looks unsustainable. Too many stuck calls. I have dug a pit of labour, that I need to clear as soon as possible. I am writing this fucking thing down, so I commit myself down to a path.

Currently I have: 10 open calls
Of which: 6 are of high complexity.

Previous experience indicates high complexity calls take at least 3 days to complete. This means a minimum of 18 days of dedicated work.

So, my goal is to have this pile cleared by the end of February. Need to report back once I'm there.
