Coming out of July feeling Accomplished


Current stresses and ways to cope:
  • Bad physical shape:
    • need to eat better, and more regularly
    • need to introduce exercise 3 times a week. Ideally go for at least a walk once a day.
  • Long work hours, draining too:
    • new schedule in place, need to be disciplined about my sleep
  • Birthday:
    • need to think less about it. It is, after all, just another day.
  • Q's visit:
    • need to only concern myself with it once it comes - after the 18th
  • M:
    • need to enjoy it for what it is, and be ready to let go if it's too taxing
