Coming out of July feeling Accomplished
Current stresses and ways to cope:
- Bad physical shape:
- need to eat better, and more regularly
- need to introduce exercise 3 times a week. Ideally go for at least a walk once a day.
- Long work hours, draining too:
- new schedule in place, need to be disciplined about my sleep
- Birthday:
- need to think less about it. It is, after all, just another day.
- Q's visit:
- need to only concern myself with it once it comes - after the 18th
- M:
- need to enjoy it for what it is, and be ready to let go if it's too taxing
